Seminar series: Systems for Health

Home » News & Events » Seminar series: Systems for Health

Health system dynamics and performance are directly affected by the behaviour and activities of other systems, including dynamics associated with societal, political, food and economic systems. Systems thinking approaches are ideally placed to further our understanding on linkages and feedback that exists between these different systems. In this series, we will host presentations from researchers and practitioners on various topics describing work on using systems thinking methodology to describe and analyse problems situated outside the health system with direct influence on health-related outcomes.

The four seminars in this series will address the question “How can we influence health-related outcomes by using systems thinking methods to describe and analyse problems situated outside the health system?”
